It's a mess
Apartments are old and run down and the cops are called here once a week to deal with drunk neighbors. In a great location but place is just choas.

Take your money elsewhere
Worst place to live at. Property manager does not care of the concerns. Less than two weeks after moving in bed bugs were crawling all over the place, took almost a month to get taken care of. I was told I would be refunded for laundry expenses which I never got. Two months after moving in mice are running around all over, over two months since I reported it, extermination came and set two glue traps that did not catch anything. Maintenance closed off holes with foam which mice have already... chewed up. Have caught more than 30 mice in my apartment, still having to buy my own traps. Bed bugs are still being treated for in another apartments as well as mice.
