Apartments are very overpriced everything is falling apart walls and ceiling are bubbling and peeling. Sink and bathtubs are always clogged. Front doors don’t close good. Office Management is horrible to deal with. Office is always closed even during emergency’s. They charge for every little thing very inconsiderate of their tenants. Pets have to pay rent and a deposit. Very money hungry!!!!

I have been living here for almost a year now and I have been complaining about the same neighbor that has been harassing me, purposely doing things to bother me, etc. Apparently, the same thing happened to the last tenant that was living in my apartment as well. I formally complained over four times, wrote letters to management, texted the manager, and yet nothing has been done. I have asked to be moved to a different unit several times, but no one has responded to my letters and text messages.... No updates to what legal actions they’re taking. I’m not sure if they just expect me to deal with this or move out considering the next person will most likely be dealing with this same exact problem as well.
