Nice place BUT doesn't enforce NO PETS/DOGS POLICY
Depending on weather you live below someone who has dogs above you. Property has several dogs, lots if cats and not a problem. Just dogs don't belong in apartments so even though they state no pets in the lease doesn't matter. Also very thin ceiling insulation so hear your neighbors above you. Parking gets tight sometimes and some commercial vehicles parked in spaces. Apartments are nice especially having central air, washer and dryer and dishwashers.

Lived here for 3 years and LOVED it
This was one of the best complexes I ever lived in. Spacious units, excellent condition, there was an on-site fitness center, quiet community, appliances and HVAC were very efficient, and they installed good quality carpet and padding. This complex is a true gem, and is conveniently located right off Rt 15 to zip real quickly to Rt 80. If it wasn't for a job change, I would still be living there.

renting process
Was on my way to leave deposit for rental. "Manager" texted me as I was walking into office that unit was rented. Spoke to her a couple hours prior. Horrible

Lovely if you have no problems...
Fair prices and very spacious. Updated appliances and good move in condition. Ample parking.
Grounds maintenance is deplorable! Response from the office “manager” is slow at best but mostly emails and calls go unanswered and ignored.
The apartments themselves are lovely just hope you don’t ever need anything.
