The complex is decent for the price and the apartments are huge plus the area is clean mostly. It's just a very very noisy place. There's always a celebration with loud music playing in the courtyard. Music sometimes goes until past midnight, adults and kids, alcohol, loud talking and laughing, etc. Not ideal if you have to be up early in the morning. Lots of destructive kids who damage things around the complex or are smoking. not a nice sight to see really.
