The Maintenance team has always been exceptional in the two years I lived here. They were always attentive to requests, even emergency requests like a smoking washing machine they were in the apartment addresses the issue within 5 minutes of calling. Rarely was there ever need to address the same issue twice, they don’t bandaid solutions but solve the underpinning issue. Lived here for 3.5 years. Loved the views and the community. Excellent neighborhood and the building has a lot of young children with a great playroom. Facilities were getting renovated in 2023, but they’re doing a good job with it.

Old building - constant construction to make up for years of neglect.

Building is described as “Old building with a view” and yet two very large apartment buildings are going up next door. Thus 1/2 the residents are going to lose their view. Ownership has overreacted by inflicting significant construction around every aspect of the building.

Dare you tour the building you will see the signs of constant construction those of us living here have suffered through.

Unacceptable service from day 1. Our unit was super dusty when we moved in - so much so that my socks turned grey immediately. Management flip flopped between saying they’d clean it and that they wont because it’s been cleaned twice allegedly. Fast forward one year later we came back from a 10 day vacation and our apartment was flooding hardcore. We talk to our neighbors and the 2 upper units above us reported the issue few days ago but management contracts the cheapest plumber out there who... simply pushes the issue downward vs actually fixing it, causing all units in the same line to eventually flood. Historically management hasn’t offered anyone compensation for their maintenance negligence which is truly shocking when we’re paying for a luxury building. Read More

The parking lot Liberty Towers currently faced right across the street is gonna be a new construction site for high rise buildings, the construction is already approved by JC, the quality of living at LT can’t be worse given how close it is to the construction site, in fact, you’d feel you live on a construction site
