This is such a great apartment. It is one flight of stairs above the stoop in a three family house. The apartment was built in 1980 and has been restored to its Retro charm.

Everything has been meticulously restored: the newly refinished beautiful oak floors are a warm honey color; the original wood baseboards as well as window and door surrounds and the beautiful birch doors are finished naturally. New area rugs are also provided. No one has used the floor since they have been redone. The kitchen and bathrooms have also been completely renovated.

Beautiful white walls await your artwork. The kitchen, dining room and living room are arranged in an open plan. The kitchen has been fitted with high quality natural oak cabinets that coordinate with the floors and all of the other woodwork. All of the appliances and the bathroom fixtures have been updated.
