One of the biggest frustrations during my tenancy was Laundry Room #6. It had ongoing issues for the first five years I lived here and was only properly addressed after repeated complaints over that entire period—yes, five years.

The AC unit was another recurring problem. Every year, maintenance would simply refill the refrigerant (Freon), and the unit would work for only a few days before failing again. After multiple complaints, a new superintendent finally determined that the unit itself was... defective and arranged for its replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement unit began leaking water and required two additional maintenance visits before the issue was resolved.

The dishwasher also failed and took nearly 15 days to be replaced.

The rent is extremely high and, in my case, ended up being higher than what many new tenants were paying for comparable units. The community appears to be understaffed, which often results in delayed responses to maintenance requests and resident concerns.

Another ongoing frustration is the frequent issuance of "Notice to Cease" letters. It often feels as though even minor issues are treated as lease violations, creating an unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable living environment.

Given the rent being charged, there are likely better options available that offer more value, including apartments with in-unit washer and dryer facilities and more responsive management.

The service is disgusting!The service is disgusting! The house I saw was full of flying insects! That's too bad

The apartments are very old with full of roaches and bedbugs. There is no lease break policy even if you have to leave the country for visa related issues. The management will make sure no one occupies you apartment after lease break and you end up paying rent till the lease expires.
Forget about the one and half month security deposit, management will cover up that in damages to the property though there aren't any.
