Ongoing Issues Since Move-In, Including Long Water Outages
I moved into The Harrison Collection about six months ago, and unfortunately it has been a difficult experience overall. There have been ongoing issues almost continuously since move-in, including frequent noise and vibration from construction across the street, early-morning heavy truck activity, and long periods when the lobby and common areas were under construction with dust, noise, and limited access. The biggest problem recently has been the water outages. We’ve had multiple interruptions,... and the most recent one lasted more than 24–28 hours. Even when water returned, it was only a small amount of cold water with no hot water or usable pressure, which made showering, washing dishes, and normal daily living impossible. Communication during these outages has been slow, and support for residents has been minimal.
I hope management improves consistency, communication, and maintenance, because the building itself has potential, but the day-to-day experience has been challenging and stressful.

Poor building and management
I strongly recommend staying away from The Harrison Collection. This place has become completely unlivable. We have had repeated water shut-offs, including one that lasted over 24 hours with almost no communication from management. This isn’t a rare event—it happens constantly.
On top of that, there has been loud construction noise for months, starting early in the morning, and management has done absolutely nothing to address it. We also had multiple false fire alarms that forced everyone... outside for no reason.
The lobby has been under construction for almost three months, making it feel like the building is permanently unfinished. Throughout all of this, management’s response has been minimal or nonexistent. They simply do not care about the residents or the conditions we are living in.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This building is not worth the price or the hassle.

Loved it until I had to move out
This was my first apt. Absolutely loved everything about it. Maintenance came the same day I made a request. One of the doormen was alittle weird towards me but other than that the staff was friendly. I lost my job and the apt was getting too expensive to live on my own. So I had to break my lease and move out. It definitely broke my heart but it was a good run. I also loved the size of the bathroom and will not settle for anything smaller. The sucky thing about the area is you HAVE to pay for... parking because there is no other parking except meter. But the PATH across the street was such an amazing perk..which is why the rent is so expensive.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted that you loved everything about your first apartment, including the friendly maintenance and staff. We understand the heartbreak of having to break your lease, especially with a bathroom you love &... that were a standout feature for you, although the parking fees in the area were a downside. We're glad you enjoyed the convenience of the path across the street. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your new home.

Not Worth IT
I have been living here for over a year and have had issues with management, maintenance, and over chargers for my ESA. My support animal was documented in my initial lease but when they renewed they failed to include her information. Then it was made my problem as they attempted to charge me back payments and additional fees for having a "pet" when in reality I have a documented emotional support animal. The staff who handled my incident did so heartlessly and with little attempt to assist,... instead refusing to talk on the phone until I included additional management in my request. This along with consistent issues with a leak in my apartment that continues to be reported and labeled as "work completed". This happening again even after management and the head of maintenance were shown the issue. The overall management and cost of living here is not worth it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we are sorry to hear your experience has not been of 5 star like we always stride for. Our on-site team had been in contact with you regarding the paperwork that needed to be... completed and did mention they would be happy to discuss via a phone call at your earliest convenience but never heard back from you. During our team’s follow up visit to your home they had advised to contact us should the issue arise again so we can further investigate it. Please contact our onsite team at TheHarrisonCollectionManagement@ironstate.com to schedule a time for our maintenance team to re-visit your home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Do not move here. MICE! Also, management doesn't care and is always rude, that is if you can get ahold of them. Vermin / unhealthy / Unsafe living conditions / sketchy. The building used to be nice, but in the past year/covid it has gone downhill and has become very unpleasant to live here. The feeling of safety and community is gone. I guess they would prefer their tenants to not live here happily and want them to leave!
