This place used to be nice until a change in management. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERY SINGLE THING your neighbors do. It doesn’t matter if you’re on the top or bottom floor. They don’t take noise complaints seriously and they will make you the problem if you complain. All they care about is collecting their rent money and can care less about your rights as a tenant. The amount of disturbances that come from these apartments the price for rent needs to be lower. I would not recommend... this place just for that. It is a nice quiet community outside the units, very well up-kept, but it’s not worth the disturbance!

Too expensive for cheap work
Maintenance is horrible. They “fix” things on a budget. The sliding glass door handles fall off. The whole complex just got new doors and our door handle is already about to fall out. No amenities on the property, no gym, no pool. Mailboxes are far for elderly neighbors. It is safe but Maintenance uses stripped screws and flimsy stuff so you constantly have to call them back out to fix it again.

Rude lady answers the phone
I called inquiring about vacancies. Her rude response was “I don’t know”. That was the end of the conversation from her. That’s a big red flag for me.

Do not live here
BEWARE:Kuser village paints a pretty picture on the outside. Always ask them to show you the apartment you are getting, because chances are there's something wrong with it. Every apartment is old and you can hear everything your neighbor does - cough,talk,walk,snore etc. Kuser village is a smoke friendly apartment complex. Our disaster neighbors, smoke themselves to death every day, slowly killing my family with second hand smoke. Kuser village does nothing to rectify this situation. They don't... care. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk away from this apartment complex. You'll be happy you did.

Pleasantly pleased.
I am a current tenant at kuser village apartments, I love living here. The area is safe and quiet. The complex grounds are neat and clean, always well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is always prompt and ready to help with any needs that arise. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.
