The apartment is spread out over 2nd and 3rd floors of the 2 family property. The unit is larger than... many townhouses and has a separate entrance/walkway from the downstairs unit.

There is lots of green space nearby where your family can enjoy the outdoors. The library and a playground are a 5 minute walk away. The Johnson Recreational Center is 10 minutes away. There you have basketball courts, baseball fields, dog park, fishing, etc.

We need the following info before scheduling a viewing:
Please provide (1) how many people will occupy the house, (2) when you're looking to move, (3) where and how long you've been employed, (4) why you're moving, and (5) describe any pets you have, if applicable, (6) if you have a housing subsidy, what type and for how many bedrooms.
