Elevator One of the elevators in the senior side of the building has been out since November and because of that, whenever the one that does work goes out, we have to go to the other side of the building and use theirs. The company said that they've been waiting for a part for it but again, it's been like that since November. Both elevators need to be working. It's not fair to the residents of the senior side and we should have to put up with it. It's also not fair to Mr. Davis, the manager,... because he's caught in the middle of it. The owners of the building need to do something about this. People have been moving out because of this and other issues. Please get both elevators repaired please

A for Effort!!
The management team & staff have been doing an excellent job keeping up with the buildings. Any problems I have had in the past … have been addressed in a timely & efficient manner. I am happy with this management and the progress they have made since taking over the building. I have no immediate concerns. My packages are handled with care by staff.

The worker that was sent to me fixed the leak in the shower and replaced the light going up the steps with a new fixture. This light was always dull when it was working. I'm sorry I don't recall the worker's name but I am very pleased with his work . Thank you!

The elevator For the third time in about a year and a half, one of the elevators in the senior side of the building has been out for at least three months and there's no idea if anything is being done about it. The problem will get worse if the other one goes out as well. Otherwise I believe that the management is going a good job
