If you come here be warned, just simply hearing from management can take months. Living here is the most horrendous thing you could ever do in your life. Water leakage occurs often, A/C noise is unbearable, living here is a catastrophe. Management never solves any issues no matter what you do even if they have the resources to fix them. This is so horrific that it doesn't even deserve one star. All they care about is taking your money away from you and many of my neighbors agree with me. Simply... put, DON'T LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE AND I AM ABOUT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS FILTHY, UNCLEAN PLACE. Don't even CONSIDER living here, you will just waste your TIME and MONEY.

Current resident ....
Have lived here since 2014... Have dealt with problems from day 1.. Leaks from old plumbing and chasing the management to fix anything and everything. You tell the super something, he tells you to speak to manager, you speak to manager and he sends the super upstairs to see the problem.. That's it.... You don't hear back....eventually you ask the super what's going on and he tells you to remind the manager...you remind the manger and he doesn't reply to you....this is how it goes here....I have... spoken with fellow neighbors and they all said they have similar if not, the same exact experince ... I currently have tiles that have fallen off the wall in bathroom and content bath clogging....mold in the unit....and so may more problems.....the city nor the state will help you... they delay having to repair anything and then, they don't renew your lease so they don't have to fix anything ... Beware....if you are looking in this building, ask people who live hear about their experince as a resident....
