I’ve been living in this building for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. The management is responsive, respectful, and takes care of issues quickly which is honestly rare these days. The hallways and common areas are always clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and safe.
One thing I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. You can tell the owners actually care about the property and the people living here. The... location is also super convenient close to everything I need, but still quiet enough that it feels like a real home.
Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live. I’d definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to call home.

A True Gem in Fort Lee!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience living at 1350 Fifteenth Street! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The management and staff are truly exceptional, making the entire living experience seamless and comfortable. Outstanding Staff and Service: The entire team, from the concierge to the maintenance crew, is fantastic. The concierge are always friendly and helpful with packages, and the maintenance staff are "Johnny on the spot," handling any minor requests... quickly and efficiently, often within the same day. The property manager is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful, Renovated Apartments: My unit was newly renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors and modern appliances. The apartment is incredibly spacious and features large, bright windows. I especially love my private terrace with its breathtaking views. The soundproofing is also excellent; I can barely hear my neighbors! Unbeatable Location: The convenience here is unmatched. It's located right in the heart of Fort Lee, with a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, and great restaurants just steps away. Express bus transportation to Manhattan is right around the corner, making my commute a breeze. Plus, the fact that the Police Headquarters are across the street adds an extra layer of security. Great Value: The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location and the high quality of service and amenities (pet-friendly, on-site laundry, concierge). It offers great value for the area. If you are looking for a fantastic, well-maintained, and friendly place to live in Fort Lee, I highly recommend 1350 Fifteenth Street. It has been a wonderful place to call home!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF COCKROACHES IN THIS BUILDING.
Hello Future Tenants,
PLEASE BE AWARE OF COCKROACHES IN THIS BUILDING. The management here is extremely careless, though I will say the staff, such as maintenance and the front desk, are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, management’s response to tenant issues is slow, unempathetic, and unprofessional.
As a mom of two and currently pregnant, I’ve been trying to get management’s attention to resolve a cockroach infestation in my apartment for over a months. Despite repeated follow-ups, they’ve... been slow to act, show no concern, and have not even apologized for the stress and discomfort they’ve caused my family. Living with this issue has been exhausting and frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
Additionally, the building itself is old and has numerous issues:
The ventilation system doesn’t work properly. Bathroom plumbing is so poorly designed that you can hear your neighbors through the pipes, smell . Frequent water issues and leaks. Ongoing elevator problems. Please consider these factors carefully before renting here.

Hello Future Tenants, please note this was an isolated incident that was resolved. Further note we offered the resident an option to move out with no penalty and the chose to stay. The management takes residents feedback seriously and follows up... promptly, there is an onsite team that resolves issues quickly. We have an exterminator onsite regularly and we eliminate any roaches that may come up infrequently.

Affordable/responsible building staff
Renting has gotten so expensive in this area and these apartments are great for the price. The maintenance staff is super responsive and they work hard to keep building clean. Close to transport, grocery and on the more quieter side of town.

Never move in
I had to move out after one year when my lease was due and I am so happy that I did even during the pandemic. False alarms in A.M and P.M while I was taking a shower. No response when I emailed Mycki the leasing office , poor interaction with tenants. Consisting shut off the water due to on going fixes. Trust me, I would not live there !
