The people in my building were mostly great and it was mostly quiet except on weekends. There are no real amenities. Sometimes the pot smell was overwhelming and a few people used to dump their cigarette butts everywhere. Joe and Willie were very nice and kept an eye on things. A mix of long time renters and college kids rotating in. Parking mostly okay, sometimes long term "visitors" hog the spots. Big plus for separate apt doors open corridor and good heating system.
You can have... pets for a fee. Most dog walkers clean up after themselves and the pooches were well behaved. You need a car to get anywhere. You cannot walk to Convent Station train station without risking death on a no sidewalk road. I

Save yourself
Poor management, won’t fix anything, extremely expensive when you get nothing. The price goes up $100+ every year. EXTREMELY small apartment. It’s probably as bad as some New York City 2 bed rooms. It’s like 650sqft at most, probably less.

Best Apartment and Location
I loved living here! I was here for 2 years and I cannot say enough about how much I loved my apartment. When I moved in it had all just been renovated - the floors were hardwood and gorgeous and the kitchen was updated beautifully as well. Dana from the leasing office was so great to work with and so kind. I cannot say enough about the super Willie. He was always very helpful and quick to respond any time I had a question. The location is perfect! You are only 10 minutes or less from everything... you will need and the apartments are set in a peaceful little circle. Neighbors are friendly and when it snows the super and his team help shovel and plow you out (incredible). I will miss my apartment but HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out!

Love it
I’ve been here for about a year and I love it. It’s quiet, which is the most important and anytime I have trouble with anything in my apartment maintenance is there to fix it within the hour. Its close to to Madison and Morristown - perfect location! Couldn’t recommend more

Horrible
I would not recommend living here, but if you decide to, do yourself a favor and demand that you look at the actual unit you will be renting before signing the lease to ensure that you are not signing on to breathe in secondhand smoke where you live. Do not just look at the basic model they have to show and then sign the lease. I learned this the hard way
