What really stands out is the management and staff. They are approachable, responsive, and easy to work with. Any issues are addressed quickly, and communication is always clear and respectful. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the community and supporting residents. A reliable and professional management experience overall.

Great apartment and amazing maintenance/management staff. The units are so new and clean. Amenities like lounge pool and gym is always clean and luxurious. Love moving here and have been here for almost two years now

This apartment is amazing, the units have great kitchens, appliances (dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer) and flooring that really makes you feel at home.
A lot of the units have a spectacular view of midtown manhattan which really makes the place feel special.
The door is staffed most hours if the day and even late night on weekends. The staff is very helpful, they open the door when moving stuff in and out and answer your every concern quickly.
Have not had may maintenance issues so far... but given their response in general I anticipate it will be good.
The location is alright, there is a lot of things nearby and has access to multiple bus routes within a short walk but Bergen blvd is a very busy road so be mindful it is not the most enjoyable place to walk around.
Overall we love it here and hope to stay for a while!

I love living here! The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is super responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities make it feel like a true community. Everyone here is so kind — my dog gets so much love from the neighbors! It’s in a great location, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend!
