Julianne went above and beyond in her customer service approach. We did not live long at Riverlink, but had to move due to job relocation out of state. We did experience a problem with finding parking spaces in the evening when we came home. The tenants that had garages and drive ways would park their cars in the spaces designated for "no garage" tenants. Perhaps assigned parking spaces would help. Maintenance requests were handled appropriately due to maintenance living on site, which... was a plus when placing service calls. I would recommend getting a unit with a garage, if you can afford it. Well worth the extra.

Be careful and think twice
Poor construction and even worse management company. The noise is beyond anything anyone should suffer. Invalid fees accessed at move out despite photo evidence to the contrary. Vacated early due to ongoing issues
