Items worth 3.5 k stolen from car yesterday and the same was reported to the police. River Club Edgewater's security is of poor standard. Surprisingly, no damage was done to the car doors or windows, so someone did this job meticulously. Also spotted a pepper spray left in the car. This place is not what it used to be, you may want to think a lot before moving here.

Not Smoke Free Living
River Club promises smoke free in the lease and signage. But if someone is smoking in their apartment the managemetn company won't do anything to actually find the perpetrator and do what is necessary to stop it. Stay away from River Club if you need a smoke free apartment.

Worst Customer Service
This place is awful, cheap and management is the worst. I would never recommend living here to anyone. When I called customer service to understand why we weren't receiving our full deposit back, the woman was the rudest, least helpful person. We have moved around a lot because of my husband's job and we have always received our full deposit because we take the time to clean and fix things before leaving. They do not care about their residents, they care about charging any sort of fee they can.
