Cozy community
This complex is very nice and cozy. The staff is great and always willing to help if needed. Building is centrally located near many shops and restaurants. Commuting is also easy and minutes away from NYC.

Great community
We moved here a year ago and will be renewing our lease. Commuting is very easy with the bus being steps away and the train just a 5 minute walk. Building os well maintained and management is always very responsive which is much appreciated. The gym is also very clean.

Packages get stolen all the time
I had my packages found open or stolen multiple times since I moved in here. Other residents also experience the same level of safety here. Management does not do anything about it even though it was raised with them multiple times. Well, they sometimes send an email acknowledging that your packages are stolen, poor you. Please keep paying us and we will continue not taking care of your safety. 24 hour automated surveillance? Are you kidding me? They NEVER got back to me saying oh yes we saw... something on the video. Maybe if they looked at it at all. They do not care about you and your problems - just pay the rent and shut up. Do not believe any of the positive reviews about this place. Avoid this place at all costs.
