Just moved in to 228 Park! Brand new building! Super clean! Amazing gym! Great parking! Large common area for tenants to host friends! All in included! WiFi backbone in place - no hardware. All utilities set up in a day over the phone. Easy! I had a simple issue with my thermostat setting - maintenance was here next day! The neighborhood is fantastic. 2 minute walk to 5 great restaurants AND the train to NYC! Countless stores and eateries in on Park Ave! Its a scene!
Natalia and her... staff made all the paperwork easy and efficient. Best move I've made in decades.
