This is one of the most infested and unpleasant places I’ve ever lived. There are serious issues with giant roaches, rodents, and mosquitoes. I’ve contacted management multiple times about the mosquito infestation, but all they do is come in, spray briefly, and leave without actually resolving the problem. It got so bad that I had to buy a net just to sleep at night.

Please don’t choose this place just because it’s $100–$200 cheaper—it’s not worth it. The walls are extremely thin, and you can... hear every single step your neighbors make. Be prepared to hear loud and uncomfortable noises from upstairs at all hours.

Too much noise and dusty area bc near Rt18 and construction area. Overcrowded with awful laundry room and bad heat in winter.

I’m living at Taylor apartments , they turned down heating and some cold days it is turned off, unfortunately office is not respond , most tenants have to buy heater that causes mor paying for electricity, it’s not fair

management is not helpful at all! I have had issues paying on their website and they do not accept checks anymore, They waited until all my payments built up to tell me they haven’t been receiving them, AND allowed me to renew my lease with so called “outstanding payments”. They locked my account from paying and then charged me late payments on my rent all while I was trying to contact them about not being able to pay online. They have their landscapers at 7am and their parking lots have... massive potholes. Counters are painted over and not even cleaned before move in, which i learned from trying to scrub them and the paint immediately coming off. Had to buy multiple heaters just to keep the place warm in the winter. They allow pets and the lady from the office came running out to yell at me that my dog peed on the GRASS…. Very bad management, apartment is always cold in winter. It takes forever for them to clean the snow. Very rude. If you’re late on your payment 5 days the charge $50 if you’re late 10 days they take you to court right away. I was late because I had forgotten to put a stamp on my envelope to send my check and I had discussed that with them and they didn’t care they still took me to court and I had to pay $400 court fees plus lawyer fees. Very very bad. DONOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
