there is many things wrong .heat is a big issue .management believes 65 degrees to 68 degrees is the normal temperatures
which it rarely hits anyway. The super tries to help but is clearly handcuffed by upper management. you were warned

I’ve lived here a few years now and will say it’s maintained well but like everything there’s always room for improvement. The description listed is inaccurate, these apartments are not upgraded, electric is not included, the heat is free but that may be why you freeze in the winter! The bathrooms are old and are outdated, the closets are not customized as stated(not sure why they say that) the refrigerator is old and so are the air conditioners in the living room(you only get a new one if yours... breaks) my biggest complaint will be the front & back doors. They’re old and have been repainted for years and the back door (if you live in a two story) is a cheap wood door that anyone can kick in & has a lock as if it’s a closet
