The staff is so friendly, I always feel welcomed when I need to stop by the office, and maintenance handles all issues so quickly! been here a year now, and its been great. They have the cutest events with give aways, and free breakfest and coffees sometimes too. My favorite part is the outdoor patio, my family and I love to grill and hang out there in the summer with our neighbors

Love my home! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and the property is well kept!

Issues:
Smell of marihuana transferring to my apartment through the bathroom.
Dogs barking at all times and I’ve found dog poop and pee going up the stairs.
Cops come here often due to domestic calls.
Management not helpful resolving complaints.
People always slam their doors.

My experience here has been great! I have been her a year and I don’t plan on moving out any time soon. It’s very quiet. The walls are NOT thin as some people have said. Maintenance is top notch! Any issue are addressed quickly. I feel very safe here.
They really take care of the complex. Landscapers come weekly, the hallways are cleaned weekly. I am very impressed! A+

This apartment has nothing to do with luxury. Not worth the rent you pay!
