The building has switched to new ownership by Pentaurus LLC and management is so hard to deal with. Management and super are shared amongst their other properties. Your maintenance requests won’t be handled with urgency and they will provide cheap bandaid fixes. Floor plans are small and building is old with thin walls. There is no privacy between you & your neighbors and you will hear the neighbors loud car every morning at 6am.

Outstanding Management and very attentive
The only reason we moved out of Riverside Garden Apartments at 12 Riverside Drive is because we finally made it to buy a house, if that were not the situation we would definitely stayed there. The current management of the apartments is really responsive and attentive (and I have to say, very understanding). My wife and me were really impressed with the very quick response times we always got from both the Management and the Maintenance areas. If I have to recommend a very safe and decently... priced apartment-complex in Cranford, I would definitely recommend Riverside Garden Apartments at 12 Riverside Drive. Also, they have been refurbishing all the apartments lately!
