I have been living in this place for 2 years, and I feel very happy. Whenever I ask them questions, they resolve them very promptly.

Horrible

Old building, small fridge, no AC unit, windows are not insulated very cold inside during winter, cost 2 months rent for breaking lease, laundry room poor, water quality is bad and smelly pest issues and rats outside
