My mother has been living here for about 7 years. We used to deal with bill who was maintenance and Donna who were both always amazing and got the job done. If you’re gonna buy a property, as least keep maintaining it as you should. Don’t tell your tenants “we have done more work on your apartment than others”. That just tells me just because they believe they have done enough work, they will no longer do anymore. Also maintenance man is rude. Please look elsewhere to live. It’ll be more worth... it. We have contacted them multiple times to fix the toilet and other needs and they come and take pictures and completely ignore what they are supposed to do. Read More
