I’ve had a great experience living at Brookside Manor Clark. The building is always kept very clean and well maintained. Management is attentive, professional, and responds to maintenance requests immediately while following regulations and keeping residents informed.
Betty in the office is especially wonderful — she responds quickly, is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. It truly makes a difference when staff care about the residents.
The community here is also very friendly and... welcoming. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

We love living here!
My wife and I have lived in the Brookside Manor since they completed construction. We love it here. Our apartment is spacious and gets a tremendous amount of natural light. The building is well maintained and you can tell the owner George takes pride in his properties. Our children love playing on the well manicured lawn where they can run around in a safe environment. The management is very accessible for any questions or concerns we have. Overall we have loved living here with our growing... family.

Horrible Communication
These people never called me back after I expressed interest in their 2 bedroom apartment. Someone initially called me and assured me they’d get back to me to visit the place and I never received a follow up call. I even called their office on Friday and Saturday, left a message. No one has gotten back to me. I’m now viewing another property.
