Literal squalor Loud neighbors 1/3 of the occupants clearly don’t work so they stand outside all day smoking and drinking out of mugs Lazy landlord and expects the super to do everything The laundry is a joke - 6 machines for over 100 people w/ time restrictions and they’re broken! Have to wash in tinnnny loads. The hallways smell, the carpet is disgusting in the halls Perfect as a temporary space for a young professional who is desperate to live near the DeCamp bus line 1 year is too much.
