I would not recommend living here based on my experience so far. The property was significantly misrepresented at the time of leasing, and many of the advertised amenities either don’t exist or are not properly maintained.

When I applied in November 2025, the complex listed amenities including a movie theater, fitness center, pool, recreation room, grills, firepit, park, basketball court, and tennis court, along with a $450 amenities fee. As of April 2026, several of these are unavailable or... unusable. There is no accessible fitness center, firepit, or recreation room. The basketball court is in poor condition, and the outdoor grills are unsanitary and not maintained.

The laundry facilities are also inadequate. Machines are too small for normal household use and require multiple loads, and there are concerns about potential damage to clothing.

Inside the unit, there are additional issues. The apartment only has a stovetop—no oven—which was not disclosed prior to move-in. Electrical outlets become warm during normal use, which is concerning, and lighting is insufficient. The heating system did not work properly during the winter.

Internet service is unreliable and frequently goes down without notice. Pest control is also lacking—preventative services are not performed regularly, and I am currently dealing with ants in the unit.

The leasing process was also problematic. I was not allowed to view the unit before moving in, and key details—like the lack of an oven—were not disclosed. I’ve also been told that some tenants may receive different appliances depending on housing status, which raises concerns and has not been clearly explained.

There has been poor communication from management overall, including no formal notice of recent management changes. Fees for amenities, pets, and parking feel excessive given the condition of the property, and visitor parking is very limited.

The only positive aspect is the maintenance team—they are professional, responsive, and do a good job with repairs, snow removal, and general upkeep.

Overall, between the lack of transparency, poor maintenance of amenities, unit deficiencies, and high fees, this has been a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Read More

Since moving into my unit in December, my experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The most serious issue is that I have been without heat for the entire winter due to a malfunctioning thermostat and heating system. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests and sending repeated emails, the issue has still not been properly resolved. I was even advised not to use the heat due to safety concerns and was only given two space heaters, which is completely inadequate.
In... addition, there were numerous problems with the unit upon move-in that should have been addressed beforehand. I requested a move-in checklist multiple times and never received one. It is clear that no proper inspection was done, as there were broken items, poor cleaning, and overall lack of preparation before I moved in.
Communication and urgency from management have been very disappointing. As a tenant, you expect safe and livable conditions, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I strongly encourage management to take these concerns seriously and improve their responsiveness and accountability. Future tenants should be aware of these issues before making a decision. Read More

Arriving and checking out the apartment at first seemed ‘OK’ until you actually start living here. Some of the things they do not tell you upfront are that the WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN. They basically tell you to purchase your own air purifier. Air vents here are so dusty too which you’d be breathing it all in.

STRONGLY advise to get an indoor camera. You will CONSTANTLY get people walking in and out of your unit wether your home or not for inspections/ maintenance etc.

Maintenance has been a... nightmare. There’s plumbing issues going on and will leave an unhygienic mess after he is ‘done’.

We had no idea there was a storage unit until many months later (which we were never informed of) that you have to pay extra for. We struggle so much figuring out where to put our things because there is ZERO STORAGE INSIDE THE UNIT.

Laundry room is awful. Be prepared to clean up after other peoples messes and deal with filthy machines.

I’ve noticed a constant marijuana smell as they note it’s a “no smoking” community.

Parking has been a constant problem. People will park in your parking spot and the office manager will tell you to park in a ‘visitors sections’ even though you pay for your own — not for someone else to park in.
