Perfect location. 5 to 7 minute walk to train. I use the NJ transit app and wait till it shows the train 10 minutes away then head to station. 5 minute walk to beach. Great restaurants on surrounding blocks. NJ Shore bars a short south west bound train ride away also can hop on the north/east bound train to NYC. Having full size in unit front loading washer/dryer is great. Everything is new and clean. Walk in shower and tub. The building management is always very responsive. ... Hallways and common areas are kept clean daily. Good sized rooms and plenty of closets. Can't give this place a high enough rating.

I love it
Because the location and the beauty is perfect I have all the rent and security without using credit .
