I moved here in the beginning of the year and all I can say is the problems with management and the superintendent is not worth the low rent. Building smells like smoke/marijuana, walls are very thin (I can hear someone cough in the apartment next door), package deliveries are problematic, etc.

DO NOT move into this building. The building is a new build so you would think that they would care about keeping up the property and making the tenants happy, since they charge premium rent for their "amenities". Every single amenity they advertise is not functional. The garage door is busted, the package concierge is broken, the gym is DIRTY. The property manager doesn't care about cleanliness.
