Apartment is so expensive near train you can’t sleep the maintenance and repairs are so slow it takes months/years before they fix it. they charge fast and increase is so high the inquiry girl dianne in the office is so rude and not answering calls and she calls back with annoying/rude and mad voice,when we move in they didnt fix all cabinets and closet the just paint it,carpet is old the just clean it aircon is old and not even work and when you tell them they talk to you that is all your fault... they dont give the deposit back,Dont waste your money here. Train is insanely loud and runs all night(which the landlord didn't disclose)
Landlord not respectful of keeping things quiet (does.most of the building maintenance during the time tenants are home which leads to a lot if noise in your apartment)
Does not notify tenants of construction in the building (Really loud renovation going on upstairs and was awoken by the noise at 8am on a Saturday)
Repeatedly complained about the dishwasher not functioning properly and keep being told it is just the... soap (which is not true at all)
The apartments arw decent but the lack of communication and willingness to take into concern tenants is troubling. Read More
