The property management team do not care about the residents. Constant complaints regarding the cleanliness of the property go unanswered. The actual building quality is terrible. There is NO VISITOR PARKING. They will tell you that you must pay $100 per vehicle to park but the majority of residents just park in visitor parking for free. Your guests will have no place to park. Management does nothing about it. They are constantly disrespectful to residents. This building is unbelievably poorly... managed and the owners couldn’t care less either. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

REV sells luxury but can't deliver it
Construction is cheap. A Samsung tech confirmed our appliances were the lowest tier available — our fridge needed full replacement before its 1st birthday. Walls are paper-thin; quiet hours exist only in writing. Balconies serve as dog runs: hours of barking & dogs use the restroom wherever they like. Management sends passive-aggressive emails. Nothing changes. Rules aren't enforced because filling units is the priority. A tenant recently smoked hookah on the roof (prohibited), starting a fire... that evacuated the entire building, shut the block, and required multiple fire crews. Belleville can't support this much new development. After a nearby fire drew national attention, our building lost running water for four days. Management's response: one case of Dasani water bottles per apartment & porta-potties in an unfinished retail space, locked at midnight — overnight access required asking security. Russo corporate favors band-aids over fixes. Read reviews across their properties before signing.

Hard Lesson Learned
It is one thing to deal with inconsiderate neighbors or faulty construction. However, it is another thing to do with those issues on top of rude and dismissive management. From the time I moved in things have gone left including chipped flooring, damaged appliances, etc. The place is cheaply made. They surely used cheap materials to get a bigger bang for their buck. Oh, the neighbors are inconsiderate. At times I feel as though I live in a mix of a dormitory or a kennel (due to the amount of... unruly dogs that tenants don't control or properly clean up after). I'm counting down the days this lease ends.
