i worked for this place as a handy man for a week broke my back for these people and they still got rid of me because i am not spanish the boss orlando is racist and the apartments are dumps i was spacaling an apartment there must have been 1000 roaches that came running and my boss ted who is very not very profesional did not have my back so i could keep my job this place gets no stars from me dont ever work for them or live in the apartments im thinking about reporting them to the labor bored

Don’t do it
Find out when you move in if you don’t believe my title. Walls and floors uneven. Big spaces between doors allowing for your air to escape. Old sliding doors to closets and doors. Roaches and they are the ones that fly.

Mass improvement
This property has undergone tremendous renovations and improvements . All the apartments are updated renovations and new appliances . Great value for renters in the area compared to the pricy new projects being built nearby.
