Moved in last month and couldn't be happier. Having all utilities included (even internet!) makes budgeting so much easier. The unit is brand new with really nice finishes. Great value for the area.

I toured here with the fire department one day, and I got the real experience. This place is truly the definition of safety. Not only did the reltor use the fire curtain for the elevator, which was insane, but we also got a tour, and this place is so cool, they even have a bike closet, everything was thought of!!!!!!

Toured the building and immediately knew it was right for my family. Friendly and responsive realtor. Beautiful apartments with new appliances. Perfect location and very spacious! Renting here feels like winning the lottery!

Had a great experience touring The Overlook! The staff was friendly and professional, and the units are beautiful with modern finishes and spacious layouts. The views from up here are absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to move in.
