I relocated to Manchester from upstate NY in December, so that is my comparison in rating Greenview Village Apartments (GVA). Relatively speaking, I am paying about $500 more for less space which I found surprising. However, given the one day I had to secure lodging, GVA was the best choice for me and it wasn't even on my go-see list. In the short while that I've been here, I'm truly appreciative of staff and their commitment to addressing my move-in concerns. Package delivery is also a more... secure system with a locked room to access purchases and that's a huge plus. Thus far, I am happy living here!

Perfect location
This is the perfect commuter location, the community is made of all culdesacs so there's never traffic. Quiet, nice to walk around the neighborhood, i feel safe, and the amenities are a perk as well. Call and ask for Kim, the property manager. She's incredible!

An excellent home
The staff are super friendly, the location is very convenient to both of Manchester's highways, there's a pool, gym, tennis, and basketball court, free club house for hosting guests, free parking, free water and heating, and well designed homes. We love living here. The windows have recently been replaced which helps with keeping the heat or cool in, and has also made the outdoors a lot less audible. The city should install sidewalks, but that's not the apartments' fault.

The worst!! Again the pool is closed. It’s closed every day it gets above 70 degrees

Like other apartment communities, our pool can close temporarily due to the weather or... chemical levels. Looks nice, but cocomplete nightmare
They suck you in with the nice pictures, upgraded countertops, new appliances, along with the free Heat & hot water included but beware. The staff does not care about you...
I'll start of with the parking is a huge hassle. The hallways smell like mold and very musty. Neighbors have bedbugs that will invade your apartment by coming in through the cracks. The place also has roaches, my apartment was not "infested" but I've had to kill a few and you'll see them crawling in the hallway if you... leave out at night. Ive asked neighbors if they have the same issues and they do! The staff doesn't care about bedbugs or roaches and do little to nothing to treat the problem.
I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Like all communities we sometimes have insect problems but we treat every apartment and common area once we are informed of the problem. Occasionally people... mistake a common carpet beetle for a cockroach however we investigate and treat them both.
