We were deciding between 2 options and ended up choosing this one due to the fitness center and club house. We were told it would be ready in November before move in (Dec) then it was pushed to Feb and now they are saying it won’t open until the other apts are finished so they can pave the road (May or later). On top of the already astronomical rent there are ZERO AMENITIES. Don’t let the listing fool you. Also the floors upstairs are EXTREMELY CREAKY, like with every step we feel like we are... going to fall through the floor. These are brand new and i feel Like I’m living in a 100 year old house. Management is no help either. When we moved in our water wasn’t even connected to our refrigerator we had to do it ourselves Wish I didn't move in here.
