Horrible owners, the dumpsters are always full, there’s not line for parking so parking sucks, the hallways are disgusting. Poorly maintained overall. Not worth it.

Lived here for 4yrs…very poorly managed & not well maintained. Owner and manager are never available, dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing and they take forever to fix things. Rent raises annually & you get fined for everything. Vince is great, tho.

We love living here. The move-in was seamless and easy. The location is awesome, units are spacious and comfortable, and staff has been helpful and friendly.

I've been in my apartment 1 week and I just love it! Sarah the manager is so helpful! It is quiet and everything was perfect when I moved in. The people here are great. Great place to live!
