Street noise inside apartments terribly loud. A lot of street racing and no muffler on vehicles neighborhoods nearby. Too many fire alarm happenings. Feels drafty when temps drop and what looks nice isn’t always nice. Would not be my choice after a few months here.

Before choosing this apartment, the property team specifically (grant) made my transition into this new apartment amazing. Their communication is top tier meaning outstanding and they make sure that things are handled and resolved very quickly if you have any issues. I really love and enjoy living here so far the apartment is very beautiful inside and out.

This is home. Amenities are well done and clean, the front office team is responsiveness and made my transition perfect! They care about the property and the residents inside. The layouts are amazing, and closets have plenty of space. The winner take all is the communication and attention to detail, they are always aware and available to your needs.
