I absolutely loved living at Latvian Village. The mature trees and beautiful greenery made me feel like I was out of the city, even though the neighborhood is close to everything. My dog and I loved hanging out on the big balcony, and the apartment itself was huge for the money. The only reason I left is that I moved to another city for work — otherwise I'd still be there!! Shout out to Jamie the manager who was amazing!

Pros: The apartments are great. Spacious. Feels like you're in a mountain lodge or at summer camp. The leasing office folks are nice, super helpful and willing to work with you and accommodate what they can. Very close to an actual park, and a bike trail. Gets snow removed quickly - also removes large icicles and regularly puts ice melt down in the winter. Can't really hear your neighbors unless they are being extraordinarily loud.

Cons: Workout room has been "under construction" and unusable... for almost a year, with no discernible end. When maintenance comes, it usually take at least two days, and they won't leave a note so you never know if they have been there or not. Can't have candles or space heaters. Parking can be limited. The main complex doors don't lock, and there are no chain locks, so there is only one semi-secure lock between you and the outside world - and the doors are not thick.
