I lived at The Florentine from April 2023 to April 2024.
The staff is great. They are helpful and reliable. That includes the maintenance staff. They are quick to respond. If I had a maintenance request, they would often be there on the same day. I even needed to have someone come out on Christmas Eve due to a leak in my ceiling when it was raining.
The property is very affordable for how much space the units have, which makes it a solid first apartment for someone trying to move out of their... parents' house for the first time.
This complex is obviously cheaply constructed. A lot of the doors and cabinets do not line up properly.
My particular unit was susceptible to unbearable heat in the summer. Expect your air conditioning unit to be working hard.
Also, my balcony sliding door did not line up properly either, and the screen door did not even fit the door frame.
The internet connection through Cox is incredibly unreliable. In an age where Work-From-Home is more common than ever, this was a huge problem for me. The staff showed no interest in helping me resolve this.
Overall, it's a dingy, yet affordable place in a decent location.

Great Place to Live!
I have lived at Florentine since November 2019 and so far, I am really happy here! The property manager, Sheri, is friendly, motivated, and thorough. She is the kind of person who gets the job done! The apartment is roomy and best of all, it’s clean and bug free. All in all it’s one of the best places (for the money) that I have ever rented.

Former tenant
I lived at the Florentine a couple years ago and unless they made tremendous changes this is not a good place to live. Hugh plumbing problems poor maintenance and no response at night for emergency maintenance actually was given the wrong number to call for emergency maintenance. Water damage was extensive in my apartment and probably mold in the walls. They only thing they have done is raise the price. If they made the needed changes probably not a bad place to live but I doubt that they did

I have lived at this property for four years, and the professionalism of the staff has been amazing. As with any dwelling, there have been maintenance situations. Nothing major has occurred, but a couple of times I had a water leak which was handled promptly and immediately and being able to call after hours (even in the middle of the night),allowed me to be completely satisfied. The office staff is always open to listen to suggestions, and offer suggestions as well. Living here allows me to... have the confidence, and peace of mind I need to really feel at home. I would recommend this property and it's staff to anyone who wants to feel safe and secure in their home. I could not have found a better place.
