Great office staff and maintenance crew. Quick responses for all requests. Had an A/C problem after 9pm, prompt return on my call and maintenance was here within 15 minutes. I love it here!!

Great Remodeled apartments. My father lou bellinghiere bought his first house close to Douglas county Hospital. Lou worked there in the 70s and 80s. Metrotech highschool and United States army. Paratrooper and rank was corporal same as Ross Bellinghiere Sr. Untiedstates army. Ww1, peace keeper in Bavaria Germany afterww2. My Groversquare apartment has warmed my heart. Also groversquare little league. Good memories.

There is no pool this year. We keep hearing rumors about it's a filter or the pipes are bad but we don't ever hear if it's going to open or not. They never tell us what's going on. Too many excuses are made.
