Its an alright place, the apartments are spacious and get a lot of great light, patios are large expecially on ground floor. Compared to other places ive seen the space in these is pretty decent for the price. My neighbors are friendly and reasonably quiet and i havent seen any bugs.
However the maintenance is.. bad. They take forever to fix anything, and then do a half job fixing stuff so they have to come back anyway. Ive had many maintenance issues and every time it takes days to weeks for... them to fix anything, and sometimes they just forget to come back and finish the job.... These apartments could be much nicer and its dissapointing to see. maintenance issues and general upkeep of the units could be much better, the appliances are very dated and im scared the stove or dishwasher will just spontaneously break one of these days.
All of the parking lots have been redone so i guess bonus points there.

Overall I've had an okay time at beacon Hill, some issues , like mold getting spray painted instead of removed cause concern. I have had solid neighbors though and that counts for something
