Unsupervised kids running around throwing rocks at people's vehicles. Lots of suspicious characters hanging around here late at night. Tenants regularly dump trash and discard shopping carts in dumpster of adjacent apartment complex. Lots of vehicle break ins in this area (per LPD officer patrolling area one night). Came out one morning to a torched car next to one of their garages. Also, the kids running around screaming at 9 PM at night with no parents around is pretty annoying as well. ... Assaults, stabbings, stolen cars, you name it, they have it.
07/05/2022: murder suspect arrested here at 3123 North Hill Road.
Tenants let dogs run around off leash and do not pick up their waste.
04/30/2023: heard 5 gun shots coming from Waterbrook apartments at 2 in the morning, contacted LPD.
03/03/2023 3:13am: watched a vagrant walk up to a 3rd floor stairway landing, lay down, and sleep outside of an apartment. Same apartment I've seen numerous suspicious persons come and go from. Makes one wonder if they're selling druga out of that apartment.
06/26/2023 2:12am: bass music coming from Waterbrook apartments. Called LPD.
