This place stinks constantly, the apartments are cheaply made but rent is high, just overall disgusting. Only good thing is that its close to campus.

After almost one year, I consider Prime Place has become a good place for my student life here in Lincoln. Since it is close to college, it is a great time-saving advantage. I already renewed the contract, however, one drawback is the fact that the price increased by more than $50. The amenities are not the best ones, in comparison to other student housing, but it is not a problem if one is not looking for something special. I still think that an elevator is necessary, above all, for those... residents on the upper floors. On the other hand, I think that the maintenance services are really fast and well done. I like the fact that the bathroom is bigger than in other residences, and the bedroom floor is wood and not carpet.
