Expect rent to go up every year, but don’t expect any value added. Exteriors are looking run down and not taken care of. Landscaping half-dead, lawn is overgrown with weeds. Broken down cars, trash, and poop litter the space. The property owner does not take pride in his property to keep it from slow continuous deterioration. Owner is not professional or available to this complex’s tenants. Nice area, maintenance crew is ran so thin due to so many properties to maintain.Landscaping is horrendous, weeds everywhere , sometimes now and ice is not maintained, had to scoop my own driveway.Manager lives across town and is rarely at the property. Rent gets raised at least once a year.

I've lived here a year now and our lanord is awesome! We came from not getting taken care of, to the total opposite. This is home for my kids and I.

Very nice property with updated buildings and units. Management is super friendly, and they don't hesitate to replace an appliance or anything to keep you happy. I have lived here almost six years and I'm proud to call it home.
