A great place to call "home". The staff is very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness center is amazing and the outdoor pool area is so beautiful and peaceful. I love living in such a nice location with beautiful views of the golf course, great restaurants to choose from and parks near by.

From the outside these look like nice modern apartments.......... and then you move in. First off the walls and ceilings are so thin with zero sound barriers that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and i do mean absolutely everything. If you end up living in the pet building be prepared to listen to unruly dogs 24/7. Even when you bring it up to the manager nothing changes. The windows and sliding glass doors are so cheap that when the wind blows(which in Nebraska is 300 days a... year) they flex 1/4 to 1/2 inch which makes the apartment expensive to heat and cool plus theres always a layer of dust no matter how often you clean. theres a gap around all the apartment doors so if you open the patio door theres a constant howling. Never ending construction adds to the noise and grime. There are far better apartments for a better price literally anywhere around these poorly built crap holes. The best kicker was are we spotlessly cleaned the apartment and had the ok from the manager we still got charged $130 "cleaning" fee.
