The only reason this apartment building does not receive 5 stars is because of the ridiculous pricing and you are not getting your security deposit back. I lived here for 2.5 years and I loved the community and the environment. I had a one bad neighbor in the 2.5 years of living here and he wasn’t here for long. It is peaceful and clean and maintenance is on their stuff here. The property management group is great and responsive - but lots of turn over. If you are here to mind your business and... have a peaceful spot to live, this is the place for you. If you’re a Karen or let your dog poop everywhere, don’t live here.

I love living here!
Everyone is friendly. Michelle, Polly, and Kale are wonderful people. We had a pool party for the dogs in October before the pool was closed for the winter. The common room feels like my (very large) living room. There is almost always someone there to chat with or just watch tv. We have also had a Christmas Cookie exchange party and of course a New Year's Party. The hot tub is open all winter, the exercise room is excellent. I like that I can pick up my mail and take out the trash without... leaving the building. My dog has lots of dog friends and there are always treats for him in the office. Lots of parking, and garages if you like.

Very NIce...but so expensive
These Apartments are so very nice, but so very expensive for the area. They are not meant for family or local residents, but for college kids with roommates.

Beautiful but way too expensive
These apartments are made specifically for college students with roommates… was very excited to have new apartments available in the area because the area NEEDS new apartments and/or housing! Unfortunately the prices are extremely high for the average family.
