Regarding these... concerns of excessive moisture in your home, it's important we clarify that you're referring to condensation on a window when exterior temperatures are cold. We've been in communication with you and explained that since you prefer to keep your home at a high temperature and run the heat in the mid to high 70s, condensation may occur on your windows. Since we're fully committed to handling resident concerns with care and ensuring our valued residents have peace of mind, we've sent out many individuals to inspect your home, including the window manufacturer, a general contractor, a window repair vendor, and our Regional Facilities Manager. They have all confirmed that there are increased levels of humidity in your home due to this. We purchased and placed a dehumidifier in your home to accommodate this, but it has not been utilized consistently by you as it should be.
