This property has an issue with roaches. Management has been aware of the problem for a very long time. I have also experienced an issue with black mold that was not properly addressed. The manager is not experienced and isn’t being supervised therefore the property has begun to suffer over the past six months. There are laundry facilities onsite but don’t work often. And when they do are small machines that are expensive. You will need to take your laundry to a laundromat.
