Security Issues and Maintenance Timeliness
I’ve been living here for nearly 2.5 years and initially I had no issues. However, recently the quality had been seriously deteriorating. Work orders take an excessively long time to complete (weeks and/or month at times) and, even worse, the security is a MAJOR issue. In the last six months or so, we’ve had our garage broken into twice (losing about $800 in belongings), had mail stolen, and (most recently) 6 cars were completely smashed (windows, frames, and more) in the underground parking... which is supposed to be secure. There are no security cameras to monitor this stuff so that certainly doesn’t help this at all. All in all, while I liked this place at first, I would steer people away now. This place has gone way downhill in the last year and I am so happy I’m about to get out of here in a couple months.

Best Place to live in West Fargo
Every time I come into the rental office I am guaranteed a smile! It brightens my day. If I have any trouble with anything it gets taken care of right away and they keep the riff raff out! All the employees are friendly and they are an asset to Goldmark! Maintenance are top of the line and friendly. They also do follow up in a very timely manner. Sincerely yours, Don Thompson
